You’ll be supporting our global recruiting efforts across multiple regions, working closely with colleagues in AMER, APAC, and EMEA. What you’ll be doing
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews, ensuring a smooth process for all involved.
- Drafting and preparing offer documents, maintaining accuracy and clarity.
- Processing new hires and supporting their transition into the company.
- Maintaining accurate data in our systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Collaborating with the global recruiting team to support and improve our recruiting processes.
You might also have
- Familiarity with tools like Greenhouse, Workday, Jira, Slack, and Zoom.
- Experience in a customer support or administrative role.
