Your Mission 
As an Executive Practice Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a key role in driving thoughtful, strategic, and thorough executive recruiting processes. An important team member and collaborator, you will support our Principal Recruiters and Associates in the EMEA & APAC team in the successful recruitment of senior executives to our growing company. Mainly responsible for the candidate experience, the Recruitment Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with our executive practice team, senior executives of the company, and their executive assistants to facilitate preparation and preparedness prior to interviews and gather thoughtful feedback after interviews. Further, as a key member of a dynamic team, you will be leaned upon for help in creating thorough candidate reports, scorecards, and analyses for use throughout the interview and selection process.

  • Coordinate all interview logistics, including scheduling, travel, and video/in-person/phone interviews.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate and client experience, acting as a true ambassador for Activision Blizzard King and our growing company under Microsoft.

  • Serve as a proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs of senior executives and candidates and can serve as a home base for all logistics and details.  

  • Providing continued support to the Executive Search team, including creating offer letters and new hire comp generation with HR, legal, comp, benefits and mobility/relocation partners.

  • Assist Recruiters in the creation of thoughtful, compelling position descriptions, assembling comprehensive candidate reports for executive interviewers, reviewing and posting executive position requisitions, and acquiring approvals.

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to help research/create new ideas for executive candidate swag, enhancing candidates’ experience and showing them the creative nature of our dynamic company.

  • Partner with HR Operations to process candidates through to onboarding.

  • Partner with Global Mobility to process Visa / immigration.

  • Ensure data integrity of our ATS and CRM systems, document sharing platform and reporting.

  • Serving as a team player, being highly collaborative, and partnering with the Global Operations Lead to provide a positive and seamless client and candidate experience.

  • Interacting with internal stakeholders, including working with Hiring Managers, HR partners, Global Mobility, HR Operations and HR Tech.

  • Anticipating needs of stakeholders, staying one step ahead of the game, and providing the best support possible

  • Coordinating all interview logistics, including scheduling and video/in-person/phone interviews.

  • Providing an exceptional candidate and client experience, acting as a true ambassador for Activision Blizzard King and our growing company under Microsoft.

  • Serving as a proactive problem solver who can anticipate needs of senior executives and candidates and can serve as a home base for all logistics and details.

  • Tracking and processing search firm invoices as and when required.

Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrable experience within a Global (APAC, EMEA & US) Executive Search firm as a Project Coordinator or Executive Assistant.

  • Clear examples of Project Coordination experience within a Professional Services organization at C-Suite level.

  • Strong initiative. Self-driven and able to deliver results with minimal supervision.

  • Proven experience designing and implementing new processes; a passion for process and achieving efficiencies.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and interface with individuals at all levels, both inside and outside the organization

  • Anticipate needs of clients, candidates and colleagues to stay one step ahead of the game to provide the best support possible.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Self-driven with initiative, and able to deliver results with minimal supervision, yet able to take direction when given.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive, service-focused attitude.

  • A work and academic history of achievement and continuous growth and learning with a keen interest in Psychology.

  • Desire for career growth and for learning the central and important function of recruiting within a Fortune 500 company.

  • Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, knowledge of ATS and CRM systems is a plus.
