Role and Responsibilities:

  • Define a regional sales strategy for growth
  • Execute with success the strategy with the support of the Distribution partners
  • Ensure consistent engagement on major opportunities in the Region
  • Drive Quarterly Business Reviews with Distribution Partners
  • Drive an Ecosystem Partner Strategy in the Region aligned with the EMEA plan
  • Understand the competition and market trends

 

Job Requirements:

The candidate must have an understanding of semiconductor basics, along with FPGA and Microprocessor fundamentals. A minimum of 10 year experience working with or for semiconductor distribution partners is required. Demand creation and Business management skills are a must for this role.

The candidate must have the following:

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to rapidly establish rapport and credibility
  • Ability to collaborate across different groups having varying levels of expertise and skills
  • Ability to interact and be persuasive with varying levels of management from working level through VP
  • Analytical skills with a focus on follow-through and successful execution
  • Be a strong team player

 

Education Requirements: BS in Computer or Electrical engineering


Years of Experience: Ten or more in Semiconductor Sales
