SILICON DESIGN ENGINEER 2

 

LOCATION:  Hyderabad

 

THE ROLE:  

You will join our Customer eXperience Engineering (CXE) team, which is part of AMD’s Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly strategic and important part of AMD’s business, targeting the next generation of FPGA technologies and software tools to meet the needs of our broad market of customers. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: 

  • As part of the CXE team you will act as ‘Customer Zero’, helping to develop full system solutions on our next generations of Adaptive SoCs/FPGAs using tools such as AMD’s Vivado and Vitis design software. 
  • You will gain exposure to the entire hardware development process and learn what it takes to bring a complex design from concept to deployment. 
  • You will benefit of professional guidance from an experienced engineering team that will enable enormous opportunities for learning and self-development. 

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • Familiarity with AMD’s Adaptive SoC/FPGA design tools with 2+Yrs of exp
  • Exposure to digital circuit design and testing via simulation 
  • Familiar with RTL (Register Transfer Level) development using Verilog or VHDL 
  • Excellent teamwork & problem-solving skills 
  • Experience with scripting languages: Python, Tcl, Unix preferred 
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written 

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related subject.
