The opportunity

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our Ad Sales team in the US! Our team plays a fundamental role in helping Unity and our partners achieve their user acquisition and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate for the position will be a highly motivated, self-starter with an interest in the tech industry - experience in the mobile advertising or app development world is a plus. In this role, you will:

What you'll be doing

• Prospect: Conduct targeted research to identify potential clients within the mobile advertising and app development space.
• Outreach: Engage with prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and Sales Navigator.
• Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing and Account Executives to ensure a smooth sales process.
• Qualify: Assess leads to determine their fit with Unity's products and services.
• Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads within our CRM system.

• Experience in sales or related market/ business experience
• A desire to grow and advance a career in tech sales
• Creativity, competitiveness, and adaptability
• Self-motivation to problem solve
• Work in a hybrid environment - manager and team will typically be in the office Tuesday - Thursday

• Experience in Mobile and/or SaaS-based companies
• Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator experience
• Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
