The opportunity

The Unity Technologies Channel Partnerships team is growing at a rapid pace, meaning an increased need for a Partner Sales Enablement Associate to educate, train, and empower Unity partners to win more business. We are seeking someone who is empathetic, loves efficiency, and thrives in an ambiguous environment!

This role drives the enablement of our partners globally. You will report directly to the Manager: Channel Programs. You will work with product marketing, heads of sales, and other subject matter specialists to ensure our team is empowering partners with the information they need to have significant discussions with customers & prospects that add value in every interaction. This will include, but not be exclusive of scheduling and hosting product enablement and vendor training sessions; onboarding new team members and partners; working with sales leads to develop as-needed training and more.

This role will help drive the practice of outstanding sales enablement & project management within our team, drive revenue growth, and have a high-impact on the sales team. You will be joining a growing, high-visibility team at Unity!

What you’ll be doing

  • Support onboarding of all new Unity resellers & distributors
  • Support implementation of the global partner sales strategy
  • Facilitating the training of resellers & distributors sales teams on new content, products, and programs
  • Help facilitate communication channels between internal teams and partners
  • Work closely with the internal sales enablement team and content creators to maintain these materials are our single-source-of-truth

What we’re looking for

  • Interest in digital marketing, data analysis, and sales education
  • Collaborating cross-functionally and building relationships to advise, shape, and execute upon a successful enablement content rollout
  • Able to work nimbly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a commitment to excellence and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in prioritizing and staying organized while juggling multiple projects, workstreams, and partners
  • Self-starter who takes initiative
