The opportunity

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Ops Analyst to support and be a trusted advisor to our Global Revenue Enablement Team. Your role will be an integral part of our Sales Operations Team, working closely with our Sales Operations Manager, Revenue Enablement team and other key collaborators. You will be the primary point of contact to for the Global Revenue Enablement team, who is responsible for providing timely sales analytics, acting as an advisor and providing day to day operational/systems support. This role will require coordination across multiple teams, building models, ad hoc analysis on sales metrics, crafting/streamlining and following established processes, problem-solving, systems ‘know-how’, attention to detail, excellent communication and analytical skills!

What you’ll be doing

  • Actively identify operational issues and performance gaps across sales organization and to craft/implement solutions to reduce/eliminate friction in the sales process
  • General administration of SFDC/CLARI - including development and maintenance of reporting, dashboarding, and KPI metrics for multiple team members and business partners
  • Partner with cross functional teams during GTM planning to advise, assist, and implement annual plans including quota setting and sales territory creation

What we’re looking for

  • Analytical experience deriving practical insights from data and being able to efficiently identify and communicate the key takeaways to senior leaders
  • Proficient in SFDC, Clari, Google Suite, Tableau/Looker, Excel and/or SQL
  • Software Sales, Sales Ops, Sales Support experience and Saas Experience
  • Self motivated and team oriented with the ability to work with minimal direction
  • Organizational, multitasking, customer service and prioritization skills are required
