What you'll be doing

• Work closely with IT, Finance, Sales Operations, Legal, and Product teams to identify sales system needs and document business requirements.
• Publish related processes and procedures, identify key controls, and determine actions for process improvement within Salesforce and other related systems.
• Plan and execute multiple complex technical projects, ensuring they are completed effectively and efficiently.
• Lead the development and implementation of global system requirements and initiatives in partnership with IT and business stakeholders.
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Unity's system architecture, including business practices, processes, and strategies.

What we're looking for

• Ability to influence project progression and mobilize resources to meet deadlines.
• Experience using Salesforce in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledge of JIRA, Airtable, or related tools for intake and project tracking.
• Capable of visualizing, analyzing, communicating, and solving complex problems to make informed decisions.
• Experience writing detailed specifications of user requirements, business processes, and procedures needed to develop and implement software solutions.

You might also have

• Previous experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced team setting.
• Salesforce Admin Certification and/or Project Management Certification.
• Experience presenting to senior business leaders to drive alignment among business partners from diverse functions.
