Ubisoft  IT is looking for a Security Awareness Analyst to join the Security Awareness Team within the Security and Risk Management department. Our team’s main mission is to mitigate the top human risks by means of education, communication and engagement. 

As a Security Awareness Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing the program priorities, objectives and key results established by the Director of Security Engagement & Awareness. You will be responsible for leveraging data (metrics and KPIs) and learn from insights in order to contribute towards the planning and execution of the Security Awareness Program's fiscal year roadmap,  aiming towards successful outcomes. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Contribute to the development of the team’s security awareness vision and strategy for the fiscal year.  
  • Contribute to the analysis, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of our annual security training.  
  • Curate and develop security learning content for Ubisoft’s learning management system (LMS).  
  • Propose creative initiatives to engage the workforce and reinforce knowledge of security best practices.  
  • Coordinate all ongoing local studio efforts to ensure alignment with the global program and develop targeted awareness efforts.  
  • Build and maintain a communications calendar as well as support unplanned communications via established communication channels and dedicated communities.  
  • Support all other operational aspects of the Awareness Program such as scheduled phishing simulations.  
  • Good knowledge of security and information technology demonstrated through hands-on experience or education such as but not limited to computer security/management, SSAP, CISSP, CISA, and CISM;  
  • Training in instructional design will be a plus 
  • Ability to communicate the program status effectively with all levels of management;  
  • Demonstrate ability to write clear and concise communications; 
  • Understand the concepts of organizational behavior, culture, and how culture impacts how people behave, learn, and interact with others.  
  • Experience working in a project management team.
