THE ROLE: 

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support IT initiatives for HR and Payroll roadmaps while driving operational excellence.

The candidate will work closely with stakeholders and business partners to drive IT alignment with the team's goals and business needs.

 

THE PERSON: 

The person should have deep understanding of SuccessFactors Employee Central and the concept of interface and integration with other system including S4, 3rd party system and payroll vendors using CPI.

Additionally, the candidate should be able to work with businesses to document functional specifications and collaborate with developer to deliver integration solutions. Knowledge and exposure to SAP HCM, RPA, AI, CPI is a plus.

Flexible in taking on additional responsibilities and learn new business models or processes, such as IT project coordination and management. The person should be comfortable working both independently and in a team environment.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Work with business users, subject matter experts and developers globally to facilitate and document functional specification for inbound and outbound interfaces between third-party and SuccessFactors.
  • Conduct interface impact analysis and recommend solutions for handling impacts.
  • Assist in project life cycle execution, including as-is and to be analysis, scoping, process improvement and testing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Lead requirements gathering and design sessions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to interfaces and suggest permanent fix or improvement plan.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Understand the concept of interface both inbound and outbound.
  • Ability to document functional specifications including Employee Central field mapping.
  • Functional expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central and basic knowledge about payroll process a plus.
  • Experience with Agile and storyboarding is preferred.
  • Exposure to SAP HCM, RPA, AI is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • strong analysis and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience in a support role for SuccessFactors integration.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering.
