Join our dynamic team at CD PROJEKT RED as a Senior Compliance QA Analyst in the Publishing QA department. In this role, you will ensure that our published products adhere to all relevant certification requirements and internal policies. You'll be working on multiple projects with various partners, playing a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of regulatory compliance and quality.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Analyze compliance regulations and industry standards to stay ahead of the curve and understand testing requirements for upcoming game projects.
  • Develop a Compliance QA guideline and framework, involving collaboration with outsourced QA partners, tailored to meet the certification standards of diverse platforms (Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo, Apple, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies specifically tailored for compliance testing.
  • Coordinate the work of Compliance QA Testers from outsourced QA providers. This may include defining the scope and effort required for compliance testing, assigning tasks, and ensuring clear communication for efficient testing.
  • Analyze test results and reports, identifying trends and potential areas of risk that could hinder a smooth certification process.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider QA team, development teams, release team, and external partners to ensure a seamless and efficient compliance testing process.
  • Continuously update your knowledge of evolving platform guidelines and industry best practices.
  • Experience in QA testing within the games industry.
  • Experience in compliance game testing, with deep knowledge of vendors’ requirements.
  • At least one project completed (AA/AAA) in a Compliance QA role.
  • A strong understanding of console certification and storefront submission processes.
  • Knowledge of game development processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage your workload independently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for quality.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding spoken and written English proficiency is a must, with an understanding of the technical jargon from second-party documentation.

Nice to have

  • Experience with specific QA tools or methodologies relevant to compliance testing.
  • Scripting or automation skills.

Working mode

  • Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
