THE ROLE:

To assist or provide technical troubleshooting and implementing engineering solutions for continuous improvement on Lab equipment, to achieve quality and cycle time to meeting engineering new product samples delivery and engineering qualification activities.

THE PERSON:

The candidate should be motivated, a good team player with positive attitude and have good communication skills. He/She is also preferred to have systematic mindset to meet the need to perform documentation task.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide basic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolving equipment related issues / improve equipment availability to achieve production goals and objectives.
• Conduct statistical trend analysis of down hardware and initiate improvements.
• Document test results and generate result and debug report timely.
• Assist in schedule and plan for delivery schedule for R&M and manage repair requirements of equipment from internal teams to external vendors.
• Plan, schedule & execute test equipment preventive maintenance & calibration.
• Ensure good record keeping & documentation in equipment tracking system.
• Assist/perform equipment conversion/upgrade according to product configuration needs.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• Understanding of semiconductor testing.
• Working with minimum supervision and able to lead.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills
• Experience in test equipment (Advantest 93K , Teradyne , or equivalent )

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

• NITEC in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 5 years related working experience, or
• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years related working experience
