Amazon Games is looking for a talented and driven Sr. Content Producer to join the games publishing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and overseeing the entire content creation pipeline for our user-generated content (UGC) project, managing the production process from start to finish. This includes close collaboration with content creators, product managers, designers, external partners, and vendors to ensure successful execution of content initiatives. The role involves defining project objectives, scopes, requirements, and milestones, as well as managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Your projects will often span multiple offices, time zones, and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

Key job responsibilities
- Oversee the entire content creation pipeline for a user-generated content (UGC) project, managing the end-to-end production process within our content creation ecosystem.
- Collaborate closely with content creators, product managers, designers, and external partners and vendors to ensure the successful execution of content initiatives.
- Work with the publishing and development teams to define objectives and align UGC initiatives with the live service cadence and the overall goals of the game, promoting player engagement and retention.
- Define project scopes, requirements, and milestones, and create comprehensive production plans.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery of UGC initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolve production issues, and address challenges during the development cycle.
- Support Quality Assurance efforts to ensure the quality, stability, and compliance of content created for our UGC project.
- Stay informed about industry trends, UGC best practices, and emerging technologies, and share relevant insights to drive innovation within the project team.- Experience with data/analytics and using data to make decisions.
- Ability to call out critical decisions that can affect massive scale audience.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decisions by using data across a variety of signals to build convincing arguments that address the needs of stakeholders.
