We're on the lookout for a talented and experienced Senior Gameplay Animator to join our team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with Gameplay Designers, Programmers, and Technical Animators to bring the main player characters' animations to life. You'll be planning and creating animation sets that align with the overall vision, as well as implementing them in-engine to achieve the best visual results. Daily responsibilities

• Delivering in-game animations using Autodesk Maya, MotionBuilder and Unreal Engine as the main art creation and implementation tools.
• Planning, preparing, and directing motion capture sessions.
• Establishing and maintaining animation asset creation workflows, folders, naming conventions and other engine-related organizational structures.
• Planning and co-developing multiple player-related animation systems, including the structures of animation graphs, procedural animation setups, and engine-specific auxiliary data such as notification and synchronization events, and additional data settings files.

• Strong knowledge of the latest Unreal Engine animation and gameplay-related systems.
• Experience shipping games and/or creating gameplay prototypes in one of the major game engines.
• Strong experience with key-frame animation and motion capture data.
• Solid understanding of animation principles and body mechanics.
• Good grasp and understanding of gameplay design.
• Very good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English.
• Basic knowledge of Python and the ability to read scripts or C++ code will be a plus.

Working mode

• Office-First: working primarily from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days per week.
