As a Growth Manager, you will manage key accounts in Unity's Connected TV solution, working closely with clients to ensure their growth and success. As part of a team destined to grow, you’ll have a unique opportunity to shape processes and influence team culture, making this a great fit for someone with a strategic yet hands-on mindset who thrives in collaborative environments. You will be responsible for analyzing performance and strategizing improvements that will increase the success of the clients’ business goals. You will develop product and market expertise in order to best advise clients on their User acquisition strategies using Unity's CTV Solutions
What you'll be doing
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, maintaining and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Oversee the implementation of strategies for user acquisition and performance marketing campaigns to achieve client objectives.
- Regularly analyze and report on campaign performance using Excel, Google Spreadsheets, and other tools, providing insights and recommendations to clients.
- Act as a liaison between clients and our internal teams, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Work creatively and collaboratively to optimize processes within the team and drive customer satisfaction.
What we're looking for
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in both client management and user acquisition or performance marketing.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets for data analysis and reporting.
- People Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to present data and insights clearly to clients and internal teams.
- Mindset: Proactive, with a hands-on and strategic approach, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
