Technical Requirements:

 

  • Good experience in SailPoint IdentityNow design development configuration testing integration and deployment. Required skills and experience include (but not limited to) below:
    • Install, Customize, configure and support identify provisioning and Governance tools
    • Development experience on Provisioning Workflows triggers Rules and customizing the tool as per the requirements
    • Must have experience in application onboarding provisioning workflow customization access review etc.
    • Configuring quick links and reports customization
    • Experienced and comfortable with API updates to IdentityNow
    • SailPoint connector development experience with both out of the box and custom connectors
  • Should have experience in implementing at least one complete IAM SDLC engagements projects
    • This must include activities such as requirements gathering analysis, design development, testing and application support
    • Provide technical assistance with the onboarding of new connected systems
    • Serve as an IAM SME to assist helpdesk, and end users.
  • Working experience with Java development is required
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues within SailPoint product suite
  • Good experience in documenting detailed design and integration manuals
  • Good experience in handling SailPoint Failure Alert handling, support processes like SLA management, incident/problem management.

 

  • Should have a very good understanding of information security concepts with in-depth knowledge of IAM solutions and latest trends
  • Should be experienced in understanding client business environment and should be able to propose fit for purpose IAM solution
  • Should have Knowledge of Linux and Windows operating system and their related scripting (PowerShell/Unix shell/Python, etc.)
  • Having working knowledge in following technologies would be an advantage LDAP PKI SSL
  • Exposure to a variety of programming languages and technologies is nice to have (including but not limited to J2EE, JSP Servlets, EJB XML, Java .Net, Oracle, DB2 and MS SQL)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Possess excellent leadership and presentation skills

 Tasks include:

 

  • Participate in requirements gathering and use case development
  • Develop technical project plans and aid in project resourcing
  • Develop and execute test cases and test plans for SailPoint solutions
  • Assist in project implementation as well as producing reports, supporting role-based access control, working Service Requests and system testing.
  • IAM maintenance including LDAP directory, role and resource maintenance, modifications, new connectors testing, workflow, report generation, monitoring, log management, and any changes to existing setup.
  • Respond to Support Requests and be backup SME for entire IGA solution.
  • Be a member of operations team to handle Incident and Tasks
  • Be member of on call rotation for team during weekends
  • Work with Team members from different time zones
  • This role is full time in office role (On Premise in AMD facility)
