Our Corporate Law team within the Legal Department is looking for a proactive, diligent and well-organized lawyer who values work in a dynamic environment. If you have experience in the fields of corporate law and capital markets and have strong interpersonal skills, do not hesitate to apply.
Daily Responsibilities
- Ongoing, complex legal advice, in particular in the fields of corporate law and capital markets (including, e.g. advising on various aspects related to corporate governance, duties of corporate bodies, preparing and publishing current and periodic reports, identifying and managing confidential information, handling tasks related to the company’s stock exchange presence, transactions involving shares and assets, preparing of various corporate documents).
- Creating solutions and recommendations that take into account both legal aspects and business needs of the organization.
- Leading complex projects (including those involving other companies from the CD PROJEKT Capital Group).
- Monitoring, interpreting, and analyzing existing and future regulatory requirements.
- Working closely with other departments in the company (including also the Management Board and higher management).
- Polish Law degree, preferably attorney-at-law qualifications.
- 6-8 years of experience as an in-house lawyer in a publicly traded company or an associate/senior associate in a reputable law firm.
- Experience in the area of corporate services for publicly traded entities.
- Experience working with international capital groups.
- Advanced knowledge and expertise in the areas of capital markets and corporate law.
- Proficient knowledge of English, including legal English allowing you to work freely in this language.
- Independence in action and good organizational skills.
- Conscientiousness and attention to detail.
- Perfect communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Solution-Oriented mindset.
- High personal integrity.
