As a Senior Manager, you will lead the team of product managers that plan, design and build the future of our On-device solutions. This includes optimizing and creating new experiences that engage more than a billion users around the globe, from the moment they unbox a new device and throughout their mobile device lifecycle. We are a clear leader in what we do and as such we collaborate with all the major OEMs and Telcos in the market, continuously iterating on best-in-class UX applications to drive new engagement and revenue opportunities. Our goal is to expand our unique touchpoints, ensuring a high level of control for our partners and delivering a coherent, customized user experience across a variety of products.

What you'll be doing

  • On our Mobile products strategy, roadmap and plan execution.
  • Build your team for success, Hire, train and split the load to best fit the product challenges and opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor your product team and help them own the plan, execution and launch new product initiatives within their defined ownership scope.
  • Build meaningful relationships with our customers and the various stakeholders to assure you have maximum context and insights about our products use, customer needs and wants and the changes in the technical and business landscape.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team leaders to efficiently prioritize and execute cross team projects.
  • Mentor and guide team members on product management best practices, methodologies, and skills.
  • Build and maintain data tools for you and the product team to drive meaningful insights and data-informed decision-making.

What we're looking for

  • Proven management of product managers skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product vision and strategy, and to drive product development from concept to launch.
  • Proven experience in product management with a strong track record of launching commercially successful products.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a history of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in analyzing large and complex data sets to derive actionable insights.
  • Technical expertise, including experience working with technical teams on complex products.

You might also have

  • Experience with the Android mobile app ecosystem and developing client-facing platforms.
  • Experience working with Tier 1 Telecom Operators and OEMs or similar large organizations.
  • MBA graduate or equivalent business and marketing experience.
