THE ROLE:

Work with global teams extensively including Product Management, Design, Test Engineering, Quality Engineering, Advanced Packaging Engineering, Supply Chain and OSAT to develop, establish and execute on program plan to meet key performance metrices. Product lead for Instinct Product Development group to drive the development of new products. Lead/Manage the end-to-end product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring key performance metrics s are met.

 

THE PERSON:

  • This position requires strong technical background, analytical & creative thinking, problem solving, experience in product management, leading cross functional teams and working in high-tech manufacturing environments.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Overall Program Accountability – Planning, Negotiating, Executing
  • Combination of program management and technical guidance/influence for all critical decision making.
  • Accountable for achieving all program deliverables – Time to Market, Yield, Cost, Quality, Performance, etc.
  • Strong cross-functional negotiation and alignment.
  • Manage all NPI budgeting, including hardware spend, samples, etc.
  • Represent Product Engineering for the Product
  • Align Product Engineering activities to influence and achieve business unit commitments.
  • Performance, Cost, Schedule, Supply, Quality, Reliability.
  • Executive Leadership, Business Unit, Validation teams, Supply Chain, Quality/Reliability Eng, External Manufacturing vendors.
  • Lead planning and execution from NPI phase to manufacturing ramp, including direct engagement with the Foundry, ATMP JV/OSAT, and Supply Chain.
  • Develop members of the team, from both a technical and leadership perspective.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 15 years experience in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 3 years in product management leadership/managerial position.
  • Solid working knowledge in product and test engineering in semiconductor industry.
  • Ability to multi-tasks and drive aggressive program schedule.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communications skills in English, organizational capabilities, and collaborative and interpersonal skills.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor, Master or PHD in Electrical or Computer Engineering.
