We are seeking a Senior Narrative Producer who has had experience shipping multiple AAA games. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and tracking the work of our internal Narrative team across multiple titles, as well as potential transmedia opportunities. You will engage with and ensure the highest quality work is executed by external vendors and contractors supporting our dev teams, including cinematics, voice recording, and writing. You will be an effective communicator and excellent multi-tasker adept at representing the Narrative team to cross-functional stakeholders at varying levels. You will be familiar with current tools and practices within narrative production.

Key job responsibilities
- You will help influence the development of multiple original games and intellectual properties
- Partner with game development teams to strengthen and enrich their art direction, worlds and characters designs
- Champion our games within Amazon’s Global Media Entertainment group.
- Ensure standards for the highest quality execution of in-game art
- Be part of a multi-disciplinary brain trust that will help raise the quality of our games at key moments of their development cycles

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $304,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
