Unity's Partner Relations team is seeking proactive, people-minded influencers to ensure the success of our most valued partners. These partners create groundbreaking Unity productions worldwide, from small mobile projects to AAA console games to immersive multi-user VR experiences. They need your expertise to see their projects through to successful outcomes.

As a Senior Partner Relations Manager, you are the driving force behind your partners’ use of, and collaboration with, Unity. Based in one of our EMEA offices, you will work directly with your partners to define strategies, coordinate resources, respond to emergencies, and partner with key contacts to facilitate crucial feedback loops. You’ll amplify the voice of Unity users and influence product decisions to reflect what creators truly care about. As a valued member of a globally distributed team with diverse backgrounds and skills, you'll support and learn from each other to solve the toughest problems. What you'll be doing

  • Customer Success Ownership: Manage the support relationship for Unity’s highest-profile games, gambling, and entertainment partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with diverse partner personalities to become their trusted advisor, understanding their business, projects, and setting clear account goals.
  • Success Ownership: Define and implement strategic success plans, advancing partner visions by coordinating resources inside and outside of the team.
  • Proactive Management: Maintain excellent relations with Unity departments, stay on top of customers' critical milestones, and ensure urgent issues are escalated promptly.
  • Customer Advocacy and Reporting: Advocate for customers internally, providing real-time reporting on responsiveness, service quality, and partner satisfaction, and escalating feedback to relevant teams at Unity.

What we're looking for

  • Passion for Customer Success: Helping creators succeed is your passion, and you have an affinity for nurturing and growing strategic relationships.
  • Outstanding Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, catering to both executive and technical audiences.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in game development, game services, gambling, or related industries.
  • Proactive Attitude: Highly proactive, ready to take initiative and able to context switch and prioritize competing demands.
  • Travel Availability: Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.

You might also have

  • Technical Project Management or Customer Success Background: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, Producer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role, experience in customer success roles, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Unity Knowledge: Professional or enthusiast knowledge of Unity, or technical experience in software development.
  • Multilingual Capability: Proficient in multiple languages. To add to our team's existing skillset, we are particularly interested in professionals fluent in Turkish, French, Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Spanish.
