The opportunity

Unity's Accelerate Solutions Consulting team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to support in development and operational management of consulting service products. By collaborating with the Consulting business owners and engineering leaders, you’ll be championing a suite of short-term consulting offerings for a global business.

This role will support various projects across data & feedback collection, new consultancy product development, operations of existing consultancy solutions and workflows, and driving awareness & education of our products.

Short-term success is helping the team organize, define, and streamline an existing set of consulting offerings to implement feedback loops and improve data pipelines.

Long-term success will be defined by scaling our products for a growing business, introducing new markets, and building a long-term strategy to offer the best in industry consulting services.

What you’ll be doing

• Learning and understanding the existing suite of consulting service products and the current revenue model while building relationships with key stakeholders, including business unit leaders, engineering leaders, marketing, finance, and others
• Implementing feedback loops to inform data-driven changes to consulting engagements.
• Team up with our Engineering and Program Management teams to understand challenges and opportunities within our existing service offerings, as well as identify future service opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and help implement the go-to-market plans for releases.

What we’re looking for

• Data-driven mentality, with experience defining product metrics and using customer data to guide future product plans
• Cross-functional partnership skills, with experience collaborating with engineering, design, BI, and marketing to deliver excellent products
• Strong project management and prioritization skills, including roadmap creation, risk & impact analysis, and impact-confidence models
• Familiar with product marketing management and go to market strategies
