Slingshot partners with an expansive roster of EA Mobile studios and incubation & production teams to work on some of the biggest IPs such as Battlefield, FIFA, and Need for Speed.

EA is looking for a results-driven Senior Product Manager - Growth, to help define, market, and upkeep the company’s free-to-play mobile gaming portfolio. The Product Manager will focus on increasing the number of players by optimizing various acquisition channels, conducting experiments, and leveraging data-driven insights. The role will also own early player retention, engagement and monetization metrics.  This is a strategic, metrics-driven role focusing on the game’s user acquisition, engagement, and monetization, crucial to delivering engaging and viral games that are fun, iconic, and meet the company’s aggressive revenue goals. You will learn a ton, have fun, and be a critical part of our success. You will work closely with studio leadership, Lead PMs and Producers in business planning and KPI setting for the team, and you will report to the Hyderabad-based Lead PM.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies to drive installs and grow the player base.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and production to align on growth initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive strategies around ASO and UA funnel strategies 
  • Design and implement A/B tests to identify the most effective tactics for user acquisition and channel optimizations such as app icon optimizations, store listing optimizations etc. to increase top of funnel
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, creative, and franchise teams to promote titles both in-game and externally to optimize response/ROI
  • Based on data driven insights, advise product leaders on growth strategy and tactics across the organization
  • Own and drive early player REM metrics through funnel optimization, feature ideation and execution
  • Partner with product team(s) to incorporate growth into product vision and strategy and prioritize features and roadmap in alignment with growth targets 
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms and software, including SEO, SEM, Social Media Advertising, and Analytics to maximize promotional content and featuring opportunities

  • Help sell the why, the vision, the roadmap, and the results to the team and stakeholders
  • Be an advocate for the game/s, play the games and understand it's various engagement and economy systems

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a growth role within consumer web, and e-commerce products
  • Experience using Excel or BI tools (Power BI/Tableau/Looker) to build dashboards and generate insights
  • Experience in a B2C product management environment where your consumer is the priority
  • Demonstrated experience leading a multi-disciplinary team
  • BA/BS degree – CS/EE/Engineering degree OR MBA preferred
  • Games industry experience is highly desirable
  • Mobile expertise is a strong plus
