  • Support the on-going Product vision with the Head of Product, reviewing on a regular basis.
  • Support the promotion and guide all Racenet work as part of the live operations of the business.
  • Work with the Head of Product for Racenet and Producer to create a detailed roadmap of work, ensuring buy in from partner teams, defining & agree product targets that add value in the right areas. In tandem with the overall EA Sports strategy.
  • Use complex data to inform decisions and present business cases to the business and develop an understanding of the competitive set.
  • Oversee and communicate roadmap for the Racenet product


  • Enforce product quality bar.
  • Use EADP systems to enhance feature set.
  • Take a data informed, user-focused, hypothesis-based approach to learning and constant review results against this.
  • Allow team members to input to feature development and share their defensible points-of-view.
  • Prioritise initiatives using a sound and defensible decision criteria.
  • Create, own and act upon risk register.
  • Ensure all features have a clear definition and follow through the Gating process before launching into live
  • Work together with Game Leads & Designers to understand their direct, roadmaps and strategies, ensuring we are aligned to fit within


  • Leverage the team to promote collaboration, partnership and understanding of other teams across EA to provide a cohesive offering that aligns with our strategy.
  • Encourage a culture of perseverance.
  • Set up regular communication with all partners and peers.
  • Develop relationships with Dev, Analytics, QA, Brand, Finance and Live Ops teams.
  • Work with peers across EA.


Occasional travel to other UK-based EA sites to engage with partners.
