Your Mission 

As a Senior Product Manager, you are responsible for driving the growth of the web store for Call of Duty: Mobile. We launched the web store a year ago and want to build on our early success to drive long-term sustainable growth. You will design the strategy and roadmap for the store, design improvements to the store, and generate insights from looking at performance, to drive revenue growth. You will lead and partner closely with various stakeholder groups, including our external web store payment partner, live operations team, marketing team, and CODM development team in China, to gain alignment and execute on your plans. You will also help generate robust analysis and actionable insights around the performance of the store and A/B tests, to inform our future direction. The ideal candidate has experience leading others to successfully drive outcomes for a digital product. You’ll report to the Senior Director of Product, who leads the Call of Duty: Mobile product team. 

 

What you bring to the table 

  • Drive revenue growth of our store 

  • Generate a deep understanding of the store performance through analysis and research, to identify opportunities for improvement 

  • Iterate on the overall product strategy and roadmap for the store 

  • Work closely with our payment partner to design the store, and our marketing team to drive more traffic to the store 

  • Generate and execute on ideas to improve KPIs and grow revenues to hit our internal targets. 

 

 

Minimum Requirements 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or other relevant role  

  • Experience using SQL, Tableau, Excel, or other analytical tools to generate insights from data 

  • Able to clearly synthesize insights from analysis and research to diagnose root causes of problems and generate recommendations 

  • Strong leadership skills, able to influence others across cross-functional teams 

  • Strong execution skills with bias to action and track record in hitting business outcomes 

  • Strong structured and critical thinking skills, able to define a strategy and build a plan to hit goals 

  • Able to do meetings in the evening with colleagues in Asia (typically no more than once or twice a week) 

 

 

Extra Points 

  • Experience with similar mobile games is helpful but not required for this role

  • Basic understanding of statistics, including experience with A/B testing

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $116,800.00 - $216,000.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed. While we strive to provide competitive offers to successful candidates, new hire compensation is negotiable.
