We're seeking a strategic Product Marketing Manager to lead our b2b marketing solutions product portfolio, which includes products like Quests, for game developers and players on Discord.  You'll lead the go-to-market strategy from start to finish: market research, positioning, launch strategy and execution, and ongoing growth initiatives.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new b2b marketing solutions and revenue products for game developers, including market analysis, compelling value propositions, and targeted messaging.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (business development, sales, product, engineering) to shape and influence the product experience and bring revenue products to market

  • Develop and execute impactful marketing programs that boost awareness, accelerate adoption, and maximize revenue growth for our developer offerings.

  • Create a dynamic library of product marketing collateral – website content, presentations, engaging CRM series, sales enablement, and more.

  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint new business opportunities, validate potential avenues for expansion, and stay ahead of gaming industry trends.

You Will Thrive In This Role If...

  • Deep experience with video games and the gaming industry

  • Excel in ambiguous environments - excited about finding solutions to complex problems

  • At least 4+ years of experience as a PMM in the B2B space with marketing and advertising solutions.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling successful new products and services.

  • Additional marketing experience in brand, media, or communications

  • Entrepreneurial or startup background

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $175,000-191,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include equity, or benefits.
