The Systems & Tools team is hiring! 

As part of the Global Revenue Strategy & Operations organization, the Sr. Program Manager is the strategic technology partner that supports Fandom’s mission (to ‘Understand, inform, entertain and celebrate fans by building the best entertainment and gaming communities, services and experiences’’) by providing the business technology and services to enable Fandom to sell and market at scale. 

The Systems & Tools team is a critical partner to revenue leaders, and works closely with other stakeholder groups across the organization. This Sr. Program Manager will act as a coordinator for Fandom’s seller-focused Systems and Tools projects. In this role, you will be tasked with developing programs, tooling, 3rd party vendors, API Integrations and overall CRM tech stack to support Fandom’s strategic direction, ad monetization, revenue recognition and reporting, as well as creating and managing long term goals within the systems and tools team evolution. 

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Systems and Tools Director and work closely, and consult with, various business partners across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Enablement to ensure a holistic approach is aligned across the organization including prioritizing programs, establishing deployment strategies, and working with IT partners to ensure successful execution of new tools and systems.


You Will…

    • Stakeholder Management
      • Work with management to understand and prioritize essential needs across sales tools
      • Build networking relationships with disparate stakeholders to achieve Systems and Tools business goals
      • Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services provided
      • Work on strategy with the greater Enablement team
      • Work cross-functionally to identify improvement opportunities for the teams strategy and technology landscape
  • Systems & Tools Development
      • Research new systems, tools, and processes that will enable the sales team to sell more efficiently and effectively
      • Drive process improvements and efficiencies to achieve operational goals - iterate and scale systems and processes to meet Smartsheet\'s global needs
      • Gather data from systems, tools or processes to quantify the benefits
      • Develop an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
      • Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
      • Analyze program risks
  • Project Management
    • Manage training development projects, including curating training content
    • Create and manage long-term goals for our systems and tools
    • Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, and team member performance
    • Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
    • Be accountable for driving projects end to end and lead the cross-functional support and resources needed to accomplish your goals
    • Lead the technology aspects of project management, discover, analysis, requirements definition, testing and go-live support


You Have...

  • BA/BS degree in a quantitative/problem-solving discipline (or equivalent training and experience) such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering or other quantitative field
  • 3+ years experience in statistical, business analysis, and/or strategy development
  • 3+ years of enablement tools and/or sales operations experience
  • Experience with SaaS and CRM systems
  • Excellent program management, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to drive and implement ideas in a changing environment
  • Experience in analyzing, developing, and implementing programs that support systems and tools usage
  • Expertise with back-end CRM, data platforms, Ad API Vendors and ad inventory exchanges like Salesforce, Boostr, GAM, Permutive, Audigent, IAS/Moat, RTB Partners and Switchboard
  • Experience with Database Management systems and coding (Vertica, MySQL, Oracle, Python, Scala, Java) who enjoys solving complex and unstructured problems
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. pivot tables, advanced formulas and lookups); Google Sheets proficiency
  • Experience with log-level data analysis of programmatic media (programmatic advertising or programmatic ad tech)
  • Experience working with Data engineering teams and/or experience with ETL processes
  • A desire to work on advertising challenges that require flexibility in approach (and/or startup experience) -- everything from on-the-fly analytics to statistics, big data, and front to back-end build outs for tooling
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to collaborate cross functionally with multiple stakeholders across different time zones
  • Strong organizational skills and a very high degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across different functions and effectively influence senior business partners
  • Deep experience in ability to simplify complex data sets and extract non-obvious insights with frameworks and analyses
  • Strong ability to project manage and to remain detail-oriented while working with numerous stakeholders
  • Knowledge of the digital ad space a strong plus


Bonus Points if You Have...

  • Understanding of revenue management concepts (e.g., dilution, displacement)
  • R or any data visualization tools (lookr, Tableau, Qlik...etc.) a strong plus
  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Economics, Data Science or a quantitative field or equivalent
