We are seeking a creative and passionate Recruiter to join our recently established office in Boston and be part of hiring great talent that builds the culture of our brand new studio.  If you want to dive deep into our creative industry and hire gamedev passionates, we’d like to meet you! This job is all about finding talent, building relationships with the best candidates, walking them through our recruitment processes, creating high quality candidate experience and supporting our leads and managers in decisions on expanding CDPR’s team. Daily Responsibilities

  • Conducting recruitment processes in different areas (e.g. art, programming, design, marketing, backoffice).
  • Acting as a partner for Hiring Managers and providing full scale recruitment support.
  • Conduct behavioural competency based interviews. 
  • Active participation in candidate experience and employer branding projects. 
  • Acting as a company representative on conferences, job fairs and other events as needed.
  • Contribute to optimization of recruiting  processes in partnership with Poland to reflect NA recruiting plan.
  • Searching for the best candidates using appropriate tools. 
  • Communicating with the candidates and scheduling interviews. 
  • Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
  • Preparing and publishing job ads. 
  • Providing relocation process of new employees.
  • Support onboarding of the new employees.
  • Proven 5 years of experience as a Recruiter with Game Teams preferred (gained in-house or in a recruitment agency).
  • Hands-on experience with various selection methodologies.
  • Proven experience in conducting competencies/behavioural interviews. 
  • Outstanding communication skills. 
  • Ability to take ownership and decisiveness.
  • Open-minded approach and self-reliance. 
  • Excellent time-management skills.
  • Passion for video games.
  • Good understanding of the specifics of the North American gamedev market.
  • Experience gained working in an international setting and collaborating with teams across different locations, time zones, and cultural backgrounds.

This job requires working in Boston, US.
Working mode: in-office in a hybrid or full-time capacity.
