THE ROLE: 

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover the ASEAN region who has strong FPGA experiences.

 

THE PERSON:

We are looking for a strong Sales candidate for this role who has excellent communication skills. You will have a deep understanding about the FPGA technologies and have strong analytical skills.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share within the assigned region.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including OEMs, ODMs, distributors, and other stakeholders, to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth, assess competitive threats, and make recommendations for product positioning and differentiation.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline development, and market trends to senior management.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, engineering, and support to address customer requirements, resolve issues, and ensure successful product adoption.
  • Channel Partner Management: Work closely with channel partners to develop and execute joint sales and marketing programs, provide training and support, and drive incremental revenue growth.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans for the region, including identifying new market opportunities, evaluating potential partnerships, and recommending investments.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in both FPGA and semiconductor sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of FPGA and the semiconductor industry, including key technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable sales plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, drive consensus, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
