Daily responsibilities
- Training Needs Analysis:
Identify skill gaps and training requirements.
Collaborate with managers and other HR teams to determine training needs. - Program Design and Development:
Develop training programs, workshops, and e-learning courses.
Create instructional materials and guides.
Use various training methods, including classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training. - Implementation and Delivery:
Facilitate training sessions and workshops.
Manage external training providers and vendors. - Evaluation and Improvement:
Assess training effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and performance metrics.
Continuously improve training programs based on feedback.
Ensuring training database maintenance and training tracking in the central LMS system.
- At least 5 years of experience in L&D (learning and development) or in HR area.
- Experience in EB/PR & Communication would be an asset.
- Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in learning and development.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Creative and innovative approach to problem-solving and program design.
- Fluent English & Polish.
Working mode
- Office-First: working from the Warsaw office for a minimum of 3 days a week.
