The opportunity

Our mission in the Platform Systems Quality Team is to make Unity the top engine choice for developers on mobile, consoles, and other platforms. We prioritize verifying new features, ensuring stability, and optimizing performance to support Unity developers worldwide. We're on the lookout for a Test Engineer to join our motivated team in Vilnius. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Platform Systems Development Team, focusing specifically on mobile.

What you'll be doing

• Provide feedback about the state of the Unity product to support the development and inform development decisions
• Work closely with developers and other quality engineers to provide early feedback on new features and functionality
• Develop and maintain the test approach for your designated areas of the product
• Build positive relationships and collaborate with other testers and developers in an agile environment
• Work with customers to reproduce their bug reports in-house, provide assistance and advice

What we're looking for

• Experience with object-oriented programming languages, particularly C#
• Experience using Unity
• Previous experience as a QA Engineer
• An observant and analytical approach to problem-solving, backed by a high level of personal motivation
• Strong communication skills with an excellent level of English, capable of conveying information clearly to both colleagues and customers

You might also have

• Prior experience in platform development, such as mobile or consoles
• Previous experience developing games
• Programming experience with additional scripting languages
