SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

THE ROLE: 

Join us to lead our organization in operational excellence as we continue to grow our graphics technology leadership in the industry. Our team manages operations for AMD’s graphics engineering team the Radeon Technology Group. We create products for AMD’s portfolio that enable our customers to build world class laptops, gaming PCs, professional graphics workstations, servers, embedded devices, and much more. We are looking for an operations team member who will act as a data analyst.  

THE PERSON: 

A successful candidate possesses demonstrated ability in data management processes,and an bbility to develop and maintain good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff globally 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Primary SME on Accounts Management and Tier 2 contact for accounts management queries.
• Possess a fundamental understanding of end-to-end account management process flow and dependencies.
• Build processes across the enterprise on account data management and customer master.
• Research customer changes, submit and track all changes from beginning to end.

• Communicate with the business organization on the scheduling and implementation of customer master changes. (Accounts Data Management, Customer Tiering and M&A Activity)
• Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation.

• Liaise with boundary systems, Core teams, as well as external contract provider on operations and changes.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

• Experience working with large amounts of data, creating pivot tables, and analyzing results and trends using analytic tools  
• Excellent communication & Microsoft office skills
• Passion for attention to detail & organizing information  
• Experience in Promoting Process Improvement

• Ability to comprehensively understand and translate both business and technical terms.
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with business sponsors, business partners and technical staff globally 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or Data Science,
