Electronic Art’s internal Creative team aims to ignite players’ imaginations through world-class creative and craftsmanship. We’re looking for a Senior Producer to help us execute creative, work with internal and agency partners. This is a collaborative team, so it’s important to be a quick learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions, while focusing on detailed output. In this dream role you’ll work across creative campaigns for the Battlefield franchise.
As a Senior Producer you will report to the Group Senior - Campaign Production, Creative and will be responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Focus on upfront campaign planning from strategy brief, through creative concepting, to production hand-off.
- Driver of early concept development for major beats alongside Creative leads.
- Owner of creative agency engagements and the various workstreams that this process includes.
- Maintain asset trackers and sync with partners to ensure understanding of asset production statuses and timing.
- Manage and reduce project risks throughout the production process.
- Organize frequent creative reviews with dev, brand, activation, talent, licensee's/licensors and other team members to solicit feedback and approval on latest cuts.
- Source in-game assets for vendors including working with our internal Capture team and game producers to understand asset availability.
- Forecast and maintain asset production budgets and meet with finance partners to ensure accuracy of budget control documents.
Qualifications:
- 10+ Years’ experience in Producer roles with a significant amount of experience leading client-facing work
- Experience working with strategy and creative teams before briefing and creative development
- You can take projects from creation to execution.
- Experience creating full scale campaign budgets covering multiple assets at one time
- Source, brief and bid creative and design agencies.
- You are a resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions.
- You maintain a total ownership mentality, accountable and invested in great outcomes and high-quality content.
- Familiar with live-action production to budget and scope
- Familiar with the design process and computer-generated imagery (CGI).
- Common production tools: Airtable, io, Frontify, Google Drive.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs. BASE SALARY RANGES • California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento): º $138,200 - $219,000 USD Annually Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
