THE ROLE:

AMD is seeking a results-driven Head of Growth and Performance Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This is a highly visible role in the organization and requires frequent discussions with C-suite and senior leadership at AMD. In this role, you will lead a team of marketing and analytics managers driving awareness, demand orchestration, profitable pipeline, and actionable insights across the Marketing organization. The team is a hub for B2B demand generation and ABM programs, customer testimonials, and marketing intelligence across B2B & B2C marketing. The role is pivotal in shaping our marketing strategy and achieving our growth ambition.

 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate for this role is a strategic problem solver, and an influencer at all levels of the organization. You see the big picture and look holistically at how each piece fits into a larger global growth strategy, working on multiple marketing channels and initiatives simultaneously. You excel at partnering across the organizations to overcome obstacles, advancing marketing through data-driven decision making.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Mentor a high-performing team of global marketing and analytics managers, driving strategy and execution of integrated marketing programs
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, customer-centricity, and data-driven continuous improvement within the team
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including sales leadership, segment marketing, regional field marketing, product marketing, events marketing, and the paid media COE, driving brand awareness, demand generation, pipeline, and revenue growth
  • Advance global account-based marketing (ABM) to accelerate pipeline and opportunities
  • Manage key performance metrics and goals for ABM, demand generation, and EDM programs, optimizing programs for maximum impact
  • Manage campaign resources applicable to marketing programs, ensuring operational excellence and accountability
  • Ensure alignment and buy-in on programs and roadmap with stakeholder leadership

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Prior experience leading Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, and/or Integrated Marketing in the technology sector
  • Experience managing budgets with a focus on ROI and driving revenue growth
  • Proven expertise in Salesforce CRM, Marketo marketing automation, Intent-based marketing tools, Cvent or similar event/webinar platforms, marketing attribution tools, and visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
  • Demonstrated leader with a passion to coach, mentor and inspire a global team

At AMD, your base pay is one part of your total rewards package.  Your base pay will depend on where your skills, qualifications, experience, and location fit into the hiring range for the position.
