Your Mission

The Sr. Director of Enterprise Technology Governance at ABK is a member of the Chief Information Security Officer’s direct staff. The Sr. Director will be responsible for creating the Enterprise Technology Governance function that will build common security and technology standards, hardening guidelines, risk-based security control processes and develop the Authority to Operate program to identify, monitor and enforce compliance with minimum security standards.  The candidate must recognize how to lead through influence and partner with various IT teams to execute on that vision and ensure appropriate security hygiene while burning down high-risk technology debt and complexity.

Player Profile

The Sr. Director of Enterprise Technology Governance will create a risk-based Enterprise Technology Governance function that will ensure our ability to secure, monitor, remediate, and respond to technology issues which may result in security incidents, outages, loss of data, or negative player experiences. This Technology Governance structure will create an Authority to Operate (ATO) process. This process will establish a common bar for how systems are to be configured before they may be put in production, a mechanism to monitor their continued compliance and process to remove risks introduced by unauthorized or non-compliant technology.  Finally, this position will create an operational framework in partnership with Central and BU IT to address technical debt, hygiene issues and remediate high-risk systems within our infrastructure.

Your Rank

  • Minimum of 15 years in the Information Security and IT space.
  • Directs and controls multiple initiatives including planning, talent, and budget.
  • Directly shapes ABK strategy through leadership of one or more departments within this function.
  • Strong ability to partner and influence initiatives that are not directly under the leader’s control.
  • Provides strategy, vision, and direction regarding Technology Governance that have ABK-wide impact.
  • Agile team experience, particularly Product Owner experience is a strong plus
  • CISSP, CISM or CISA preferred
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a strong attention to detail
  • A strong customer/client focus with ability to manage expectations appropriately and provide superior customer/client experience and build long-term relationships
  • Effectively works as part of a technical teams on projects and resolving incidents
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with an ability to make independent decisions when appropriate
  • Experience gathering and facilitating the development of business and system requirements within a broader project team
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Ability to learn and use business productivity and management software.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $164,800.00 - $304,800.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
