THE ROLE: 

We are searching for an experienced finance analyst to join our team and help support the Global Operations Finance team.  This is a role that will engage directly with Global Operations business unit as well as the Segment Business Units to help manage the global manufacturing processes that directly support the revenue, margin, supply chain, and operating expense targets of the company.

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Maintain financial models used to support driving quarterly, annual, and long-range planning for cost of goods sold, operating expenses, inventory, etc.
  • Support intra-quarter forecast/outlook process
  • Help drive presentations and reporting to executive management for financial-related inputs
  • Perform month end and quarter end close activities, support reporting and consolidation activities
  • Support spend analysis
  • Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting
  • Coordination with global cross functional teams
  • Efficiently deliver Ad Hoc analysis, reporting, and projects on request
  • Consolidate / Coordinate quarterly close activities with finance team 
  • Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis 
  • Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • Finance and/or accounting professional experience. 
  • Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience. 
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams. 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems. 
  • Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI
  • Entry Level Knowledge of Python and SQL

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: 

Bachelor’s or master's degree in related discipline preferred.
