Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc. is hiring Sr. Finance Analysts to provide planning strategies and forecasting activities to predict quarterly spending. Provide Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) support of current quarter, current year, and long-range plan P&L planning & forecasting activities that support major business decisions and overall financial health. Provide OPEX (operating expenses) support by working closely with various finance teams as business partner to support functional expense, budgeting and forecasting activities, analysis of expenses and ensure quarterly spending within budget. Prepare and provide ad hoc financial reports as required. Utilize knowledge of finance and accounting principles and practices, analysis and reporting of financial data, mathematics, computers and electronics, financial modeling and analysis, and financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required:  Two (2) years of experience in job offered or an accounting, business intelligence analyst, or finance analyst role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires one (1) year of experience in the following:

• Using Microsoft Excel to conduct data analysis;
• Using Microsoft PowerPoint to create financial presentations; and
• Financial modeling and forecasting.
