THE ROLE:
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving the business's success. This position partners closely with the Client Business Unit leadership team, providing essential financial analysis (e.g., profit & loss, balance sheet, cash flow) to guide decisions that enable effective planning and strong performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and implement improvements to the Client financial forecasting model, focusing on automation, business process simplification, and productivity enhancements to boost the accuracy and quality of financial forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including finance, accounting, supply chain, and operations) to drive the financial consolidation process for the Long Range Plan, Annual Operating Plan, and quarterly financial forecast, covering revenue, margin, operating expenses, and inventory.
  • Lead the weekly forecasting process for product sales and consolidated reporting for the Client finance group.
  • Prepare accounting journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations for month-end close, as well as financial reports for both external reporting and operational reviews.
  • Load financial forecasts into SAP and manage spending for business unit product costs.
  • Make real-time updates to deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adhere to all internal controls, regulatory policies, procedures, and privacy and security standards in line with company, legal, and regulatory requirements.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Finance professional with progressive experience in a multinational, high-tech environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
