Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Sr. Manager Business Management to lead the Sales Planning team by improving and executing the planning roadmap. Develop and execute strategic and operational frameworks and collaborate with regional sales and cross-functional partners to drive business priorities. Work within the Business Management team to develop and release new planning tools and processes to support sales planning. Drive collaborative and iterative forecasting in a matrixed Sales organization. Own and drive the Sales Planning function in AOP, LRP, Design In, and NPI functions. Develop Sales KPIs during the planning process and track in mid-year review. Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement to remove roadblocks and drive efficiency in the process. Bring to bear data and process to drive alignment and support planning governance.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in job offered or closely-related business analytics, business management, or sales planning role.

Alternate combination of education and experience: bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, International Business, or related field and five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in job offered or closely-related business analytics, business management, or sales planning role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following:

  • Business planning & strategy;
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Process;
  • Project management;
  • Power BI or Tableau; and
  • Financial forecasting, statistical analysis, and analytical data modeling.
