  • Job Title: Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Security Operations
  • Job Summary: The Sr. Manager, Global Supply Chain Security Operations role will be responsible for identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes in Critical Incident Operations. This role will lead large and complex risk strategy projects, conduct root cause analyses, lead key decisions, and track end-to-end progress towards organizational goals. This position is fully on-site in Durham, North Carolina.

What you’ll do

  • Develop a global supply chain security strategy and deploy across a global network including strategic partners in print, packout, warehousing, and transportation
  • Manage the implementation of new programs and processes related to Risk Incidents; hold stakeholders accountable for progress on key deliverables
  • Create reports and metrics to demonstrate progress towards goals, provide new insights, and regular updates to senior leadership
  • Incorporate improvements to established procedures/processes related to compliance, quality, and customer escalations
  • Gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders to develop clear and detailed business requirements to drive delivery of organizational quality and customer sentiment goals
  • Collaborate with team members to develop new mechanisms and work cross-functionally with multiple business partners
  • Support internal Critical Incident Operations with program knowledge and develop action plans to resolve process issues and mitigate risks
  • Ownership and end to end delivery of projects with detailed project plan creation and tracking

               

What you’ll bring

  • Ten+ (10+) years of relevant professional experience, plus two (2) years of management experience or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Program Manager, Statistics, Crisis Management, Compliance/Quality, or Business Administration
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience conducting root cause analysis in a production environment; identify performance gaps and determine appropriate steps to prevent reoccurrence
  • A proven understanding of complex business and operational processes and workflows with experience working in retail, operations, production, distribution or call/command center
  • Proven track record of successful project management and program implementation
  • Customer service experience with the ability to approach problems with sound logic; ensuring the appropriate customer outcome
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data and identify trends. Data base management experience
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint and Smartsheets
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 15% of time

  • Base salary range: For this role, new hires generally start between $123,000.00 - $146,300.00. The full range is $123,000.00 - $185,000.00. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
