THE PERSON:

  • A leader who can drive the execution of regular graphics driver development projects
  • A mentor who can demonstrate patience and use effective explanations when coaching junior software developers
  • A collaborator who can work with global graphics driver development teams across different time zones
  • A problem-solver who can resolve software deployment and integration errors
  • A learner who can keep abreast of new software technologies

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead a team to work with global graphics driver development teams on OpenGL and Vulkan drivers.
  • Drive the execution of regular graphics driver development projects such as new ASIC bring up, new feature development and customer support.
  • Engage/develop the team and manage the resource and tasks for the team.
  • Keep good communication within the team and cross global teams.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong object-oriented programming background, C/C++ preferred
  • Managed team with size of 15+ members
  • Experience of working in MNC

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
