This role blends organizational design, skills insights with AI-intuitive platform planning to help us remain agile and competitive in an ever-changing industry. You will partner closely with senior leaders to create scalable, forward-thinking strategies that empower teams, cultivate innovation, and support long-term success.

 

What You’ll Do:

Shaping Organizational Strategy & Design

  • Partner with leadership to design adaptable operating models on organization design, talent strategy and skills transformation.
  • Develop structures that support our business goals across gaming, media, licensing, and digital experiences.
  • Optimize team collaboration, decision-making, and efficiency to foster an environment where creativity thrives.

Evolving Skills & Talent for the Future

  • Assess current talent capabilities and design skills frameworks that promote mobility, career growth, and clarity.
  • Utilize an AI-intuitive platform to anticipate future skill needs and workforce trends.
  • Guide learning strategies that enable continuous upskilling and reskilling that support both business agility and employee development.

Leading Change with Purpose

  • Guide teams through transformation with clear, thoughtful change management strategies.
  • Support smooth transitions during periods of growth or business shifts
  • Foster a culture of adaptability, helping teams navigate industry changes with confidence.

Data-Driven Insights & Technology Integration

  • Use talent analytics and organization modeling technologies to inform decisions on talent strategy and organization design.
  • Interpret data to provide evidence-based recommendations on improving talent agility and performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in gaming, entertainment, and technology to future-proof our talent strategy.

 

What You’ll Bring:

Organizational Design and Skills Mapping:

  • Experience in designing and optimizing organization structures, operating models, and skills planning.
  • Ability to align organization design with business goals, talent needs, and future talent trends.
  • Strong background in skills mapping, job architecture, and talent planning using data-driven insights.
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Leadership & Advisory Skills:

  • Experience partnering with senior executives to drive organizational and skills transformation strategies.
  • Strong influencing and advisory skills to guide leadership on structure, efficiency, and skills optimization.
  • Expertise in change management methodologies and strategies for operational evolution.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Business, HR Strategy, or a related field or a demonstrated equivalent level of expertise.
  • Eight (8) to eleven (11) years of experience in organizational design, skills mapping, or HR strategy

Base Salary Range: For this role, new hires generally start between $127,000.00 - $151,000.00 per year. The full range is $127,000.00 - $191,000.00 per year. This range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. The final base salary is directly related to the candidate’s qualifications and professional experience uniquely.
