Your Mission
As a Sr. Producer, you will support the creation of each project’s schedule, budget, production pathways, and overall plan. In addition, you will partner with all external teams to overcome complex problems, improve product quality and stay on track. Build and manage the overall Production calendar and identify development dependencies of overall GTM plan. You will provide mentorship to less experienced team members on specific projects/tasks as outlined by the Sr Director.
Partner with Marketing to execute plans for the product lines, brands, and lines of business that need to be incorporated into playable content.
Build, manage, and track development budgets, including but not limited to internal studios, external studios, outsourced support, localizations, voice over, music, and licenses.
Partner with Developers to ensure specific game features are tied to overall title positioning and goals.
Understand and effectively communicate project milestones, task deadlines, and partner feedback to team members.
Collaborate with development teams on milestone deliveries and release schedules and identify risk.
Coordinate QA and localization tasks
Coordinate asset reviews with legal teams
Build submission schedules in conjunction with QA that facilitate required product release dates.
Chair meetings to facilitate communication among team members.
Assist with talent VO/capture scheduling.
Improve existing and/or build new processes to help improve communication and efficiencies.
Develop healthy relationships with development teams to successfully collaborate, influence, and support them.
Perform other duties as requested by Sr Director of 1st Party Operations
Player Profile
Minimum of 5+ years of game development experience.
3+ years Producer level experience or equivalent.
Experience shipping at least 2 console game projects [full lifecycle from concept to launch].
Experience working on games with a live-services component.
Familiarity with project management methodologies.
Flexible and able to take care of ambiguity regularly.
Knowledgeable about games and trends in the industry, including Monetization, E-Sports, Free-to-Play and other ways games are growing beyond the core mainline experience.
Broad experience in project management, analysis, and ability to work across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment and with a high degree of autonomy.
Experience effectively collaborating with internal teams and development studios within the video game industry.
Experience in identifying the strengths and weaknesses in a game and knowing when to marshal resources to lean into strengths or address weaknesses.
Experience shipping on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Switch, and/or PC.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; proven experience communicating with all levels of an organization, including cross-functional partners, external teams, and executives.
Positive attitude and passion for making games.
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience or equivalent level of industry experience required.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $80,800.00 - $149,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role’s range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
