THE ROLE:

The Sr. Manager, EPYC Server AI Product Marketing is a key member of the Server Marketing Team, will oversee the design, development, and communication of AI (Artificial Intelligence) marketing strategies and campaigns that are designed to establish AMD EPYC product leadership in the AI space.

 

THE PERSON:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in marketing server and datacenter products, and strong leadership skills to motivate and engage a team of product marketing, product management, technologists, and corporate marketing professionals in a matrixed environment to achieve outstanding business results. Key skills:

 

  • Driving content and activation strategies for EPYC AI-based campaigns and product launches across the Server BU product organization team including the execution of the campaigns within corporate marketing.
  • Developing AMD’s Server BU industry and AMD-driven event priorities, coordinating with corporate events teams for top tier AI events.
  • Exceptional communication skills to address multiple internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Ability to lead outside creative agencies, contractor, consultants to develop content and activation initiatives.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for EPYC Server CPU AI products, driving market awareness, demand generation, and product adoption.
  • Partner with product management, engineering, and sales to define the AI value proposition for EPYC CPUs and translate technical features into clear and concise customer messaging.
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, including white papers, case studies, presentations, and website content, that showcase the benefits of EPYC for AI workloads.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, analyst relations, industry events, and public relations.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with industry partners to build a robust AI ecosystem around EPYC CPUs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and market dynamics to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with industry needs.
  • Represent AMD at industry conferences, events, and trade shows to promote EPYC AI solutions

PREFERRED EXPERIANCE: 

  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the technology industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns for complex technology products.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence (AI) and its applications across various industries.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Experience in product marketing, content marketing, and digital marketing is a plus.
  • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to measure marketing ROI.
  • Passion for AMD products and a desire to be part of a team that is shaping the future of computing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering or a related field.
