AMD's Data Center GPU organization is transforming the industry with our AI based Graphic Processors. THE ROLE:

The Project Management Office (PMO) within AMD’s Data Center GPU (DCGPU) group has an immediate opening for a Sr. Program Management Analyst. In this role, you will be reporting to the NPI Materials Manager and working closely with DCGPU PMO leadership team supporting new product development.

THE PERSON:

You must thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a strong understanding of materials planning and management, a solid background working with materials planning and management database tools, and excellent communication skills.

In this role, you will be required to:

  • Run defined materials planning scenarios to support key program decision milestone and track in-process materials for key products in development
  • Track changes, conduct data analysis and prepare reports
  • Support materials BOM creation to enable Samples Order, Procurement and Shipment
  • Develop and implement modifications as required to the DCBU materials planning tools
  • Configure, maintain and update as required, the DCBU asset management tool (SnipeIT)
  • Develop standard reports and prepare ad hoc reports as required

 

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior ASIC pre-production materials planning experience
  • Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and create compelling dashboards and reports
  • Working knowledge of planning tools, data management and visualization tools preferred
  • Proficient in productivity tools including Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Teams and OneNote
  • Proven ability to solve complex problems, work with ambiguity and be self-motivated
  • Familiar with developing and implementing tools to support new processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

 

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Computer Science or related multi-disciplinary program or equivalent experience preferred
