KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide design guides and necessary documents to ODM and OEM.
  • Respond ODM/OEM questions including SW feature spec, Performance score, How to design AMD solution, etc.
  • Support Sales team to answer tech questions when approaching ODM and OEM.
  • Highlight critical design items and share design experience when ODM/OEM start their design-in process.
  • AMD software feature enablement support.
  • Provide testing GFX/Audio Drivers and Debug tools to ODM/OEM.
  • Debug , Triage and Report issues to 2nd level debugging.
  • Set up conference call to track all issues between ODM/OEM and AMD.
  • Support Factory PE to narrow down issues in MP.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Above 5 years SW driver experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills, and the ability to work as part of a diverse and high-energy team.
  • Knowledge of automated testing software, intrusion detection applications.
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in semiconductor industry is highly desired and familiar with PC industry manufacture process~
  • Knowledge for any of D3D, Video encoding/decoding, kernel mode debug, PCIe, Memory and Display is highly desired.
