The Vitis Frameworks team develops software components that enable multiple critical tools including various compilers in the Vitis development environment. The team is looking to welcome a talented, self-driven, motivated, hands-on software engineer who can thrive in a fast-paced agile environment and shares our enthusiasm for developing high performance, easy-to-use, scalable and extensible tools using modern software development technologies and practices.

The successful candidate will have opportunities to contribute towards creating software components that go into making state of the art compilers for heterogenous computer architectures like AIEngines, FPGAs and ACAP devices that will be used in Machine Learning and AI (Artificial Intelligence) Applications that demand extremely High Performance.

Qualifications

  1. BS in CS, ECE, EE or related fields and  5+ years relevant experience 
  2. MS in CS, ECE, EE or related fields and  3+ years relevant experience 


Skills and Mindsets

  1. Proficiency in C/C++, Python programming and experience using multiple languages and programming paradigms
  2. A mindset for developing high quality software stacks with well defined pluggable components using modern build systems and unit testing frameworks 
  3. Experience with LLVM and code compilers is a huge plus
  4. Background in working with TensorRT, PyTorch, TensorFlow or other ML frameworks is a plus
  5. Enthusiasm for learning about ML Compiler tools 
  6. A mindset of continuous learning and development 
  7. Excellent team player with ability to work with teams and individuals spread across geographies

 

COMPENSATION RANGE & BENEFITS:

Expected to range from $90,930.00 to $129,900.00, commensurate with experience and specific skill sets. Benefits offered are described here.
