Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Sr. Systems Administrators to IT project governance and end to end ownership for all IT tools used by Legal group, including Workfront, ASC. Assist in execution of IT systems life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement, and testing. Develop and drive plants for future IT systems changes, improvements, and purchases. Organize, track, prioritize and communicate Legal systems information across AMD’s internal IT department and IT vendors. Work with IT vendors on maintenance, updates and change orders to meet expectations for uptime, performance, and security. Answer questions and requests across IT, business units, and finance. Work with data entry specialists to ensure accuracy and hygiene of data stored in the systems.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Two (2) years of experience in job offered or closely related engineering or analyst role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

Position requires six (6) months of experience in the following:

1.Server systems;

2.Memory management;

3.Windows server and security administration;

4.Application Lifecycle Management;

5.Application deployment across organization; and

6.Feature management throughout the project timeline.
