Job Role and Responsibility: AMD, Inc., is hiring Staff Business Systems to Approve, schedule, plan, and supervise the installation and testing of new products and improvements to computer systems, such as the installation of new databases. Support IT initiatives for HR and Payroll roadmaps. Design and develop integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and cloud applications such as S/4 HANA, Concur, Fieldglass, and external interfaces using SAP Cloud Platform Integration. Facilitate and document business requirements and functional specification for inbound and outbound interface between SuccessFactors and payroll vendors. Build data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and testing scenarios. Assist in execution of project life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement and testing in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Help drive IT alignment with the team's goals and business needs. Provide guidance on HR business processes, from process design through to process execution. Provide advice on SuccessFactors integration in relation to the HR processes in scope. Play a key role in gathering business requirements and work alongside development teams for the successful execution of IT portfolio projects. Analyze system and business data in order to align with project requirements and functional. Assist with problem solving and issues resolution, including escalation and prioritization.

Qualifications: Degree required

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related field.

Qualifications: Amount and type of experience required: Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or as a business analyst, IT consultant, data analyst, or closely related role.

Alternate combination of education and experience: Employer will accept alternate combination of education and experience: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, related field and five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a business analyst, IT consultant, data analyst, or closely related role.

Specific skills required: The following skills are required:

With either combination of education and experience, position requires three (3) years of experience with the following technologies and/or skills:

  • Documenting requirements and functional specifications for interfaces, including field mapping;
  • Leading HR system integrations, from process design through to process execution;
  • Building data flow diagrams, process flow diagrams, and testing scenarios;
  • Project life cycle, including as-is and to be analysis, scope definition, process improvement, and testing;
  • SAP Configuration;
  • Agile and Waterfall Methodology; and
  • Designing and developing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and cloud applications.
