THE ROLE: 

We are searching for an experienced finance analyst to join our team and support Adaptive and Embedded Computing Group (AECG) Finance team. The role will partner closely with Business Marketing & Operations as well as Supply Chain operations to support revenue, margin, demand reserve and inventory for the Business Unit.

 

THE PERSON: 

The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with a result driven approach, high sense of teamwork, ability to handle multiple topics at once, excellent communication skills, positive outlook, and the ability to speak up and make recommendations in a fast-moving environment. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Consolidate / Coordinate monthly and quarterly close activities
  • Support intra-quarter revenue, margin and inventory forecast/outlook process
  • Provide supporting schedules for Corp accounting
  • Create slides and help drive executive presentations for all financial-related inputs
  • Coordination with global cross functional teams
  • Own exit call evaluation and variance analysis 
  • Perform ad-hoc scenario analysis proactively and present findings to senior leadership 
  • Create and implement business mechanisms that are scalable to help the team make data-driven decisions
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems; drive efficiency through finance processes by automating, simplifying, or eliminating routine work.

PERFERRED EXPEREINCE: 

  • Finance and/or accounting professional experience 
  • Semiconductor or high-tech industry experience 
  • Effective communication skills and experience working with international teams
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems
  • Ability to lead teams in a cross-functional setting 
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & hands on experience with SAP, Power BI Tools
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Knowledge of Cost Accounting a plus

ACADEMIC CREDITIALS: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related discipline preferred
